compi never holds your funds, keys or seed phrase. You approve once and can revoke any time.
Extension
Your rules, limits and the trading key you approve are stored in the extension on your device. Orders are signed in your browser and sent straight to the venue. Your wallet address is used to connect you to venues. Keep your browser open and your computer awake and online while strategies run.
Agent connections
When you connect an AI agent, it talks to the extension through our connector at mcp.compi.ai. The connector passes your agent's requests (status and rules reads, proposed actions, strategy drafts and updates) to the extension and passes the answers back, which can include your balance, positions and wallet address. These are held in memory only while they're on their way and aren't saved. To keep connections working, the connector stores scrambled (hashed) versions of access tokens and pairing codes, never the tokens themselves, plus the agent's name and type, its settings (paper or live, ask before acting, kill switch), the name and return address an agent app registers with, session ids, and the IP address used when connecting, which also helps us block abuse. These records expire on their own, from 24 hours for sessions up to 90 days for app registrations. Your keys, seed phrase and funds never pass through the connector. It can't sign anything or move funds, and every action your agent proposes is checked by the extension against your rules before anything happens. Whatever your agent receives, like your balance or positions, is then handled by your agent and its AI provider under their own policies. Our hosting and network providers may also keep standard request logs.
CHEEKS
CHEEKS runs entirely in your browser. Your address goes only to public data providers (Hyperliquid and blockchain explorers) to fetch public records, and those providers handle it under their own policies. Our servers don't receive, log or store your address or your results, and nothing is saved on your device after you close the page. No wallet connection, no keys, no signup.
Early access list
If you join the early access list, we store your email address or X handle, which list you joined, where on the site you signed up, your browser choice if you give one, your consent and when you signed up, so we can reach you about early access. We use your X handle only to contact you about compi. Unsubscribe or ask us to remove you anytime.
Website
We don't add analytics scripts, advertising trackers or advertising cookies to compi.ai. Our hosting provider shows us basic visit counts (pages viewed, where visits came from, device type and country), and like most hosts, our hosting and network providers may keep standard request logs such as IP address and browser type. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they load.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We share data only with services that help us run compi (like hosting and email), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, fix or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@compi.ai. compi is for people 18 and over.
