The short version
compi is a Chrome extension (it works in Chrome and other Chromium based browsers) that connects your own AI agents, your wallet and trading venues, under rules you set. By installing or using compi or CHEEKS you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use them.
What compi is, and isn't
compi is software. We are not an exchange, broker, venue, custodian, adviser or fund manager, and we don't trade for you. compi never holds your funds, seed phrase or main wallet key. Orders are signed in your browser and sent by you straight to the venue you chose.
Your rules. Your responsibility.
You choose every rule, strategy, agent and trade, and you own every result: profits, losses, fees and liquidations included. That goes for anything an AI agent, bot or strategy does through compi too. Agents can misread things or act on bad data, so treat what they do as if you did it yourself. Limits and the kill switch are helpful tools, not guarantees. The kill switch stops compi activity but does not close open positions. Paper mode is a simulation and real results will differ.
Your keys stay yours
You look after your device, browser, wallet and keys. The trading key you approve can place orders but cannot withdraw, and you can revoke it any time.
Who can use compi
You need to be 18 or over. Don't use compi if you're in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list, or where using compi or a venue is against the law. You're responsible for following the rules where you live.
Not financial advice
We provide tools and general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing we show is a recommendation. Trading crypto and perps is risky, and you can lose everything you put in. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
Other people's stuff
Venues, wallets, AI agents and blockchains are run by others under their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
Fees
Connecting your own agents is free. Early access list members get compi free for life, which means no compi fees, including builder fees, on their trades. For everyone else, we may later add a small fee to trades routed through a venue, and you'll always see and approve it in your wallet first. Venue and network fees are separate and still apply. We may earn referral rewards from venues.
A tool, not a promise
We provide compi as is and as available. Software can have bugs or interruptions, and we don't promise it will always work, be available or do exactly what you expect.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost funds, liquidations, lost profits or any indirect loss arising from compi, CHEEKS, any venue, wallet or agent, or anything you or your agents do. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 3 months and USD 50. Some consumer laws can't be excluded, and where they apply our liability is the minimum they allow.
If something goes wrong because of you
You agree to cover us for claims and costs that come from how you use compi, your trades or agents, or breaking these terms or the law.
Fair use
Don't use compi to break the law, dodge sanctions, manipulate markets, launder money, attack our systems or copy our software.
When things change
We can change, pause or stop compi or any feature, and we can end access if someone breaks these terms. We may update these terms, and we'll change the date above when we do. Using compi after that means you accept the new version.
Disputes
Disputes are handled individually, not as part of a class action, to the extent the law allows.
